"Choose what is right. let the consequence follow."

I didn't watch the pageant and I don't know the name of the woman who was actually crowned but I now know Carrie. In my point of view, Carrie has WON THE PAGEANT. No question. Thank you, Perez. If you weren't such an intolerant creep we may never have met such a tremendous individual as Carrie Prejean.

And like Carrie, I pray for you, but that does not discharge your need to repent of all your sins and come unto Jesus Christ. Note that my prayers for you do not take away your constitutional rights and freedom of choice. You are free to choose good and happiness or evil and misery. But, your crusade to call your civil union a marriage if attained, denies everyone else their freedom of conscience, religion and speech.

I stand with Miss California, Carrie Prejean, for Biblical correctness over political correctness. I see Carrie as a virtuous women who is praiseworthy. I honor and treasure her far above rubies.

Carrie seems to understand the concept: "Do what is right, let the consequences follow." She teaches us by her example that we don't need to worry about the consequences that follow our choice to do what is right. We may perceive the results of Carrie's decision as bad. But in God's point of view and in Carrie's point of view, we are always blessed when we do God's will. Where does this strange idea come from? All things work for the good of those who love God and keep His commandments. That is as true now as when it was first written. It is hard to develop the faith to grasp the idea that what most people see as failure or a bad result can actually be the best thing for us. What others see as failure, can give us knowledge, experience and character.

I thank God for all the people like Carrie who choose the right. God bless her. May we all choose the right always.

Fighting the miseducation of American Students

KatyInIndy just reported on twitter “U.S. Congressman Jerry McNerney (D - CA) states top marginal tax rate should be 90%! (NOT A TYPO !)” How did Jerry get to be so stupid? He probably became so stupid in school.

On the statist indoctrination of U.S. Schools, including those that educated a progressives like Jerry McNerney, Mark Levin discusses tenure and its affect on the education of students in his new book, Liberty and Tyrrany. Profs with tenure turn our children into statists or progressives. The current miseducation of American students described in Mark Levin's book.

Along with running for school board or other political office, becoming a teacher and being politically active, one solution to the problem is for parents to teach the truth to our children at home. Every day or at least once a week sit down with your kids and teach them what is true and about the importance of values and principles.

A couple years ago I learned about a 4th of July Seder where we teach our kids the real story of the birth of our nation; that our constitution is divinely inspired; our rights are God given and the gov should protect those rights. We need to show our kids that people who rely on the government are NOT empowered, develop skills and gain knowledge like free people who have to solve their own problems. In other words, those who rely on the government leave life as stupid as when they came in and those who are free to participate in solving problems advance in knowledge.

We can teach truth to our kids as we read and discuss the book, "The 5000 Year Leap," to our children.

I also believe that people of faith should use fasting and prayer as Isaiah stated, "to break the bonds of wickedness and allow the oppressed to go free." Skip two meals (not more than once every couple weeks) and spend the time in prayer. We could pray for (some ideas, yours will probably be better) 1. that we know and do God's will, 2. give God's truth to those who are deceived and 3. bring those who work to destroy our freedom to repent. After the fast give the money you would have spent on the meals to the poor, to a food pantry or your church to feed the needy. If we "deal our bread to the hungry," when we call on God, He will answer. I know fasting and prayer works and have found this a very effective tool in my life and I think it is our best weapon in this fight for our freedom. I think we need to be people of virtue governed by values and principles or we will not regain our freedom.

Glendale Tea Party 15 April 2009

Greetings fellow extremists, The Glendale California Tea Party was a marvelous experience. I was impressed by all the parents who attended with their young children in tow. Hats off to the parents. We were a diverse crowd. It was so good to be with Glendale's most excellent Patriots.

A DHS van drove past our group and we laughed at them, after their lame report their presence could be viewed as intimidation. More on the DHS report from Glenn Beck. I thought this was hilarious so am including it here “if you are against immigration or abortion, oh, they're now watching you because you might be an extremist. Really? See, I think if I'm against abortion, that's just a political point of view. If I'm loading up a gun and I'm going to shoot abortion doctors in the head, then yes, I should not only be watched. I should be jailed. But I think there's a difference. Call me crazy. What do I know? I'm what did the New York Times what did the Los Angeles Times say, that everybody who goes to these tea parties is insane? Thank you. So what do I know? I'm not just stupid now. I'm insane. I think there's a difference between being antiabortion and killing abortion doctors. Fine line, I know. I also think there's a difference between being against immigration and being against illegal immigration, but even being against immigration doesn't make you a killer or a threat to our country. It just makes you wrong.

The White House has distanced itself from this report. Why? Why? Take a stand. You either agree with this or you don't. You don't distance yourself from it. It's either right or not. "The president is focused not on politics but rather taking the steps necessary to protect all Americans from the threat of violence and terrorism regardless of its origins."

Hang on just a second. "Necessary to protect all Americans from the threat of violence..." and what word did he just use? Stu, he just used the word "Terrorism." Regardless of its origins. I'm sorry. I didn't know we were using that word anymore. I thought it was extremists that we use, not terrorists or terrorism. It's manmade disasters, not terrorist acts. So if I get this right, if you're over in Pakistan and you're blowing up a school bus full of children, that's a manmade disaster. But if you're let me get this right. If you're in a group that rejects federal authority in favor of state or local authority, you're a disgruntled war veteran, you're against abortion or immigration, you may be a terrorist. Would I be engaging in terrorist activities or just manmade events? I'm not really sure.”

Glenn covers the DHS report at http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/198/24071/

Crazy monsters who slaughter large groups of people cause "manmade disasters?" Patriotic citizens with their own ideas are "terrorists?" WTH? I already told you I thought the DHS report was lame yesterday. Enough said about that.

Memo to all politicians, local, state or federal: Call me names and say I am stupid, that won't bother me. You may be hip when you use pc vocab but you are not accurate. You can try to change words and their meanings all you want but I am going to find and use the most accurate words in the English language when I discuss the issues. I will not tolerate your attempt to control ideas by controlling language. Good is good, evil is evil and terror is terror and if you follow progressive ideas you are marching on a tyrannical path. Call it what it is or go home.

See you at the Tax Day Tea Party

So what are your signs going to say at you local tea party on tax day? A recent San Diego tea party sported a great sign on that is now on Michelle Malkin's website saying, "Next time read the bill, stupid" Another good sign, "Let them eat pork" are among my favorites.

And what about timing on the report, "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment?" Do they really think they can intimidate Americans who have opinions? How shameful! The report is published a couple days before the tea parties. I am embarrassed for all who put that one together, they are showing their dark side and it has the look and feel of tyranny. I thought progressives believed they had evolved into such wonderful people that they were above this type of garbage. They have just destroyed the premise of their whole argument that evolution has made them into such wonderful people that we no longer need our constitutional rights because they can guide us with their gentle loving hands into prosperity and happiness. This report shows that modern progressives have not evolved above intimidation.

Unlike Acorn members, I am not paid to attend my tea party; I am there because I want to be there. I know, because I am not a member of Acorn, I missed out on the great perks, like a charter bus tour and a riot in front of the AIG executives homes. Dang! Maybe I can charter my own bus to take me on a visit to the homes of members of congress that have spent us into bankruptcy. That would actually make some sense unlike intimidating the AIG execs as some were paid one dollar for the year and their bonus was their salary. But never pass up a good smoke screen when you are trying to pull one over on the American people. Spend away. We will be as insolvent as Great Britain in no time.
